BACKGROUND:
Haven Logan has been working with weight and eating issues
for more than 20 years. Her first book, Choosing to
Be Well: A Conscious Approach to a Healthier Lifestyle
(Inner Ocean, 2002) explored the complex issue of
why people don’t do what they know they should for their
health.
The California Wine
Country Diet: The Indulgent Approach to Managing Your
Weight (Quill Driver Books, 2005) is the result of
her resolve to find an effective, comprehensive, and pleasurable
approach to weight management which people will want to
adopt as a lifestyle.
